WELCOME

State and federal regulations for Licensure, Certification and Accreditation are getting more complex every year. Developing an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) has become nearly as challenging and time consuming as treating your patients. Managing a smooth-running day-to-day operation that keeps you in profit, your staff happy, and your patients coming back takes monumental effort.

What makes us so different? We take pride in the fact that we educate, prepare and help you put into practice all regulations, provisions and standards providing you with a facility that meets the highest qualifications. You will know what we did, how we did it and how to run your own facility from initial surveys and forward. We help you develop AND understand it. YOU own it and manage it.

Similar to most fee based consultants, we complete and file all applicable state, federal, and accreditation applications. We research and prepare the individual state provisions for licensure so that your written policy and procedure manuals are tailored to your specific facility. We work directly with you and your staff on the specifics and implementation.

Okay, so now you're licensed, certified and accredited. What about the myriad of insurance payers that you may choose to entertain negotiating a contract? We are truly experts in reading and interpreting contract provisions and fee schedules. We know what to ask!

MMPM has single-handedly developed over 30, wholly physician owned Ambulatory Surgery Centers and clinical practices in the USA to date.

"Amy made the daunting task of AAAHC accreditation less intimidating and at times even fun. She is extremely well prepared, understands the big picture and is the consummate advocate for her client. I could not have imagined this process without her leadership and guidance. She is the authority on AAAHC accreditation and more importantly a friend forever."

_______________

I have been a Nurse Manager of a Surgery Center for 4 years, and it has grown fast, and a lot of changes in such a short time. AAAHC is due to come in April, and I knew I needed help, in organizing and preparing for this Audit. Then a miracle happened, Amy Mowles came into our lives. A consultant who is organized, prepared, and Knowledgeable. I know I was overwhelmed and stressed. Amy took control, started at the top, talking to the CEO, and working down. Amy was confident, knowledgeable, and she had done her homework. Amy had her arms around our situation, individualized our organization, and already knew what was the best plans for our Surgery Center. She worked as she explained what we needed to accomplish.
Amy is patient and understanding, she took the time to help develop new policies and new ideas. Amy went beyond, just giving us ideas, what we need tochange, or develop. She has a magical way of connecting with the staff. Amy helped us re-develop our organization, and develop new committees, and distributing the work out, so the physicians were more involved. Amy helped me to understand where we are going, what we are doing, and what the future will bring. Amy is available, for questions and suggestions, and she loves being involved.
Thanks Amy for turning Me around, and our center. I also want to thank Amy for her special sense of humor - and the laughs. Looking forward to working with you, and sharing ideas.
