Analysis of practice feasibility and productivity for single and multi-specialty ASCs and private physicians’ offices (in conjunction with William Lindeman, AIA, WEL Designs) to include:

	State requirements for CON/Certification/Licensure .
	State and federal requirements for Life Safety Code (physical environment).
	Initial research on payor requirements for facility contracting.
	Production of realistic and conservative initial (5-year) Revenue vs. Construction Cost projection analysis spreadsheet (Business Plan).
